LJP Management was established in 2021 and represents a select list of actors and writers for professional work in all aspects of the entertainment industry including theatre, television, film, motion capture, radio, voice-over and commercials.

Louisa worked for two agencies in Cardiff as an Agent and then Senior Agent from 2014-2021 before relocating to the South East. She has a background in acting, voice-over, editing and filming.

Louisa has assisted with casting sessions for FOX's The B**tard Executioner at Pinewood Studios Wales alongside Director Paris Barclay (Sons of Anarchy, Glee), Wales Millennium Centre's Roald Dahl City of the Unexpected, Short Films Dying Light and award-winning Showdown and Music Video You Know Who for band Whiskey Lies. Louisa chaperoned on BBC's Doctor Who, BBC's Casualty, BBC's Ordinary Lies and Sky's Trollied. Louisa has also assisted with workshops for Screen Director Sara Sugarman (Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Save The Cinema) and run several self-tape workshops as well as one to one industry advice sessions for actors through Spotlight.

She has the drive, experience, initiative, commitment and contacts to be an effective agent working hard on behalf of all clients.

The agency is based in the South East with strong industry links in London and Cardiff.
